THE ROLE
- Lead and grow a flagship lettings office
- Drive valuations, instructions and new business
- Build long-term landlord relationships
- Lead and support an experienced team
- Generate business through (networking, prospecting, referrals, social media, strategic local targeting)
- Help drive significant office revenue growth

THE PROFILE
- Current or previous Lettings Manager / Senior Lettings Manager / Branch Manager
- Strong business development capability
- Proven track record winning instructions
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Professional, polished and relationship-led
- Strong knowledge of the London lettings market (Ideally Tower Bridge, London Bridge, Southbank and surrounds)
PACKAGE DETAILS
Basic Salary: £35,000–£40,000
OTE: £75,000+
Bonus: Additional performance bonus available
