Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Lettings Manager role based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. The Lettings Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day lettings operations, including managing a portfolio of rental properties, coordinating tenancy agreements, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies. The role involves valuing properties for rent, advising landlords on pricing and marketing strategies, and organizing property viewings. The Lettings Manager will handle tenant applications, conduct referencing, negotiate terms between landlords and tenants, and manage move-ins and renewals. The position also includes maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving issues promptly, collaborating with colleagues across sales and support services, and meeting performance targets aligned with branch and company objectives.

- Strong knowledge of lettings processes, including experience in Lettings and Landlord/Tenant Matters.
- Background in estate agency operations, with familiarity in working with Estate Agents and the wider residential property market.
- Practical experience in Property Management, including tenancy administration, maintenance coordination, and compliance with regulations.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build long-term relationships.
- Proven ability to work to targets, organize workloads, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in documentation and contracts.
- Comfortable using property management and CRM systems, as well as standard office software.
- Relevant industry qualifications (such as ARLA or equivalent) and prior experience in the UK lettings sector are highly beneficial.
