Datchet Lettings Manager
We are recruiting for the fastest growing estate agents in the local area. Set up in 2008 this dynamic company have grown to 9 leading branches. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fresh and progressive company with high reaching ambitions. We’re offering candidates the chance to be part of a winning formula.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic estate agent to join and develop with a young forward thinking independent Estate Agent. Oakwood Estates are expanding on existing talents and are now searching for an experienced professional to take up the position as Lettings Manager.
They will have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Lettings and Listings in the area. You should have previous experience in Estate Agency and must genuinely like dealing with people in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.

Job Description
Experience self-motivated Lettings manager is required to take responsibility for all the rentals and front line roles. Responsible for building up and maintaining business along with motivating the lettings team.
Roles
- Review team activity to ensure team targets are being achieved
- Registering Applicants
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Provide written and verbal viewing feedback to Landlords
- Building rapport with Landlords
- Negotiating and putting forward offers by written and verbal means
- Running the touting system in a quick efficient manner
- Updating the Landlord Directory with new leads
- Calling through the Landlord Directory and trying to secure valuations
- Matching properties and undergoing call rounds
- Devising marketing material and assisting in marketing campaigns
- Keeping the shop window updated
- Booking and conducting valuations
- Writing up property descriptions and taking property photos

Experience / Qualifications
- 5 years plus experience in the Estate Agency industry
- Previous listing experience, preferably within the area

Hours
- Monday to Thursday – 9am to 6.00pm
- Friday – 9am to 5.00pm
- Rotational Saturdays
- 28 days paid holiday in each year inclusive of the normal 8 bank and statutory holiday
