The role
The main focus of the role will be to identify and win new business. Alongside this the successful candidate will need to manage the day-to-day lettings activities of the Hyde Park office. This will include management and coordination of the lettings team.

- Generating and identifying new business opportunities and enhance existing client opportunities.
- Effective time management ensuring productivity is maximised.
- Ability to track and review personal and team KPI’s.
- Valuing property through demonstrable knowledge and experience of the local property market.
- Delivering presentations to prospective clients.
- Meeting and exceeding lettings targets.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with the prestigious Estate clients we work with

Financial
- Achieving letting’s team and personal targets
- Overseeing budgets, monitoring expenditure and income
- Monitoring rent arrears and client debts
- Continuously identify process efficiencies
People
- Supervising a small team
- Setting objectives and targets for team members
- Identifying development needs of team members
- Assisting with recruitment activity as and when required
Requirements
- Negotiating skills
- Selling skills
- Confident in presentation delivery
- People management
- Understanding of periodic targets and monitoring office income
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
- Attention to detail
- ARLA qualified but not essential
