Lettings Manager
Walker & Sloan are working with an established independent property business to recruit an experienced Lettings Manager to lead and grow its residential lettings operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lettings professional looking to take ownership of a successful department, strengthen an existing landlord portfolio and drive further growth across the local market.
The Opportunity
You'll be responsible for leading the day-to-hearted lettings function while also playing a key role in generating new business and maintaining exceptional service standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out rental market appraisals and converting new instructions
- Developing new landlord relationships and maximising business opportunities
- Overseeing the full lettings process from instruction through to tenancy
- Supporting and mentoring members of the lettings team
- Ensuring all compliance and legislative requirements are met
- Monitoring departmental performance and identifying opportunities for growth
- Working closely with senior management to help achieve business objectives

About You
To be considered, you’ll need:
- Previous experience within residential lettings
- Experience conducting rental valuations and winning new business
- Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, committed and commercially focused approach

Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
- Realistic OTE: £50,000+
- Attractive commission structure
