Role Description
- Employment Type: Full-time, on-site
- Location: Greater London
- Salary: Basic £25k with OTE up to £55k
Key Tasks
The Lettings Negotiator will:
- Handle prosppective tenant enquiries.
- Conduct property viewings.
- Provide clear, accurate information on available listings.

Principal Responsibilities
- Build and maintain landlord and tenant relationships.
- Negotiate offers and progress lets to move-in.
- Coordinate property marketing and listings updates.
- Work closely with the property management team for smooth operations.
- Maintain detailed records in CRM systems.
- Prioritise excellent customer service.
- Uphold CHBL’s brand standards in all interactions.
Qualifications & Requirements

Strong understanding of:
- Landlord/tenant matters
- Tenancy processes
- Relevant best practices

Experience working in:
- Estate agency environments
- Ideally, lettings or residential property

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written):
- Ability to build rapport
- Manage expectations effectively
