Job Title: Lettings Negotiator – Crown Home Buying & Letting (On-Site, Greater London)

Role Description

  • Employment Type: Full-time, on-site
  • Location: Greater London
  • Salary: Basic £25k with OTE up to £55k

Key Tasks

The Lettings Negotiator will:

  • Handle prosppective tenant enquiries.
  • Conduct property viewings.
  • Provide clear, accurate information on available listings.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain landlord and tenant relationships.
  • Negotiate offers and progress lets to move-in.
  • Coordinate property marketing and listings updates.
  • Work closely with the property management team for smooth operations.
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM systems.
  • Prioritise excellent customer service.
  • Uphold CHBL’s brand standards in all interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Landlord/tenant matters
    • Tenancy processes
    • Relevant best practices
  • Experience working in:

    • Estate agency environments
    • Ideally, lettings or residential property
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written):

    • Ability to build rapport
    • Manage expectations effectively
