About the Role
Dove and Hawk are pleased to offer this opportunity to join a leading independent Estate Agency in Edgware. The agency is seeking an eager Lettings Agent to support the team with all future property sales and lettings.
Key Responsibilities
- Align with the company’s business priorities and focus daily activities on key objectives.
- Deliver exceptional client service to retain clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Monitor personal performance against targets and drive improvement in volume/conversions.
- Generate market appraisals through agreed tasks and follow-up calls.
- Maintain regular communication with vendors to build strong relationships.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to act as a confident, professional, and well-presented representative
- target-driven with a positive attitude
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- independent worker with experience in a team environment
- Basic IT proficiencies
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
