Our client is looking to recruit a motivated and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent service, and working within a busy and supportive office environment. Previous lettings experience is welcomed, though candidates with strong transferable skills from sales, customer service, hospitality, or administration will also be considered.

Responsibilities
You’ll be involved in the day-to-day running of a busy lettings department, supporting both landlords and tenants throughout the rental process.
Duties Will Include
- Speaking with prospective tenants and landlords
- Arranging and carrying out property viewings
- Matching applicants to suitable properties
- Negotiating tenancy agreements
- Preparing tenancy documentation and references
- Coordinating renewals and tenancy updates
- Assisting with compliance and legal paperwork
- Responding to general enquiries by phone and email
- Supporting with maintenance coordination when needed
- Building long-term client relationships
- Assisting in growing the lettings portfolio

Requirements
- Previous experience would be desirable, but transfer skills/ roles held will be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Professional and approachable manner
- Good attention to detail
- Confident using IT systems and email.
- Ability to work well within a team.

Experience within lettings or estate agency would be advantageous, however attitude, personality, and willingness to learn are just as important.
