At Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) we are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join our Residential Lettings team.

You’ll play a key part with matching tenants with their next home; through viewings and negotiations you’ll build strong relationships over the phone and face to face. A desire to succeed and earn is vital in our lettings teams.
Key tasks will involve:
- Registering and qualifying applicants to ensure you fully understand their requirements
- Generating and conducting viewings obtaining quality feedback
- Keeping landlords informed with updates on viewings, activity and developments related to their property
- Turn applicant interest into offers and guide negotiations into move ins with care and clarity
