Job Title: Lettings Negotiator
Salary: Basic salary £21,000 + scaled commission structure
Guarantee: 2 months
OTE: £45,000-£50,000
Location: West Hampstead Square, Unit 7, Heritage Lane, NW6 2BR
The Role
Are you a motivated individual looking to build a rewarding career in the exciting property market of West Hampstead? We are seeking a talented Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team.
Your Responsibilities as a Lettings Negotiator:
- As a Lettings Negotiator, you will register and qualify applicants to the highest standards, matching them with their ideal rental properties, while coordinating and conducting property viewings, showcasing our impressive portfolio of premium properties.
- You will be managing the full offer process, from initiating negotiations to key handover, ultimately delivering unparalleled customer service that exceeds the expectations of our valued clients.

Your Skills and Experience:
- You have previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator in residential Estate Agency.
- You have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets, demonstrating your drive and ambition.
- You are ARLA qualified (desirable).
- You hold a valid driving licence (essential).
- You have outstanding communication skills, enabling you to connect with clients at all levels.
- You have a comprehensive understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings.
- You possess self-motivation and exceptional organisation skills, allowing you to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
