Exciting Opportunity: Lettings Negotiator
Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Pudsey. This role offers a realistic OTE of £26,000 (uncapped).
About the Role
It involves:
- Liaising with prospective tenants, qualifying their needs and requirements and seeking to match them to a suitable new home.
- Conducting viewings, negotiating offers, overseeing the referencing process and ultimately handing over the keys to new tenants for their new home.
- Emailing property alerts through ReapIT/HTML & completing thorough weekly landlord care and feedback calls.
- Ensuring adherence to office procedures, policies & KPI awareness.
- Being commercially aware to opportunities to win new business.
