Basic salary £21,000 + scaled commission structure
Guarantee:

OTE:
£45,000 - £50,000

Your Responsibilities as a Lettings Negotiator:
- Register and qualify applicants to the highest standards, matching them with their ideal rental properties.
- Coordinate and conduct property viewings.
- Showcase our impressive portfolio of premium properties.
- Manage the full offer process, from initiating negotiations to key handover.
- Deliver unparalleled customer service that exceeds the expectations of our valued clients.

Your Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator in residential Estate Agency.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets, demonstrating your drive and ambition.
- ARLA qualified (desirable).
- Valid driving licence (essential).
- Outstanding communication skills, enabling you to connect with clients at all levels.
- Comprehensive understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings.
- Self-motivation and exceptional organisation skills, allowing you to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
