Job Title: Lettings Negotiator

Salary:

Basic salary £21,000 + scaled commission structure

Guarantee:

2 months

OTE:

£45,000 - £50,000

Location:

Unit 1, Magistrates House, Market Place, Brentford TW8 8FJ

Your Responsibilities as a Lettings Negotiator:

  • Register and qualify applicants to the highest standards, matching them with their ideal rental properties.
  • Coordinate and conduct property viewings.
  • Showcase our impressive portfolio of premium properties.
  • Manage the full offer process, from initiating negotiations to key handover.
  • Deliver unparalleled customer service that exceeds the expectations of our valued clients.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator in residential Estate Agency.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets, demonstrating your drive and ambition.
  • ARLA qualified (desirable).
  • Valid driving licence (essential).
  • Outstanding communication skills, enabling you to connect with clients at all levels.
  • Comprehensive understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings.
  • Self-motivation and exceptional organisation skills, allowing you to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
