Lettings Negotiator

Location: Epsom, Surrey Salary: Basic £22,000 + car allowance, OTE £30K+ (Year 1)

Requirements:

  • Must have own car (allowance provided)

Overview

Our client, a well-established letting agency in Epsom, Surrey, is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Lettings Negotiator to join their team. This entry-level role presents an excellent opportunity to begin a career in property, with potential for internal progression.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants, offering essential information and a positive experience.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly approach while addressing all tenant inquiries about property or tenancy processes.
  • Assist in generating new rental leads and accurately recording applicant details.
  • Communicate regularly with landlords and tenants, providing updates and resolving queries professionally.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, including:
    • Updating property listings
    • Processing tenancy paperwork
    • Scheduling viewings
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless and efficient letting experience for all clients.

Working Arrangements:

  • Availability: Saturdays in exchange for a weekday off
