Lettings Negotiator
Location: Epsom, Surrey Salary: Basic £22,000 + car allowance, OTE £30K+ (Year 1)
Requirements:

Overview
Our client, a well-established letting agency in Epsom, Surrey, is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Lettings Negotiator to join their team. This entry-level role presents an excellent opportunity to begin a career in property, with potential for internal progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants, offering essential information and a positive experience.
- Maintain a professional, friendly approach while addressing all tenant inquiries about property or tenancy processes.
- Assist in generating new rental leads and accurately recording applicant details.
- Communicate regularly with landlords and tenants, providing updates and resolving queries professionally.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including:
- Updating property listings
- Processing tenancy paperwork
- Scheduling viewings
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless and efficient letting experience for all clients.

Skills & Requirements
Key Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to engage professionally with clients

- Good organisation and time management skills
- Ability to perform independently, demonstrating initiative and reliability
Location & Mobility:
- Must possess a full UK driving licence and own a car (mileage allowance provided)
- Must live within a 15-minute commute of Epsom (adjusted for proximity to work)
Working Arrangements:
- Availability: Saturdays in exchange for a weekday off
