Lettings Negotiator

We’re expanding our team at Aspire Fulham and are looking for a driven, professional Lettings Negotiator to join us.

About the Role

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role within our Fulham team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and registering new applicants
  • Maintaining regular communication with landlords and applicants, accurately recording all correspondence
  • Building trust and long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Arranging, organising, and conducting viewings
  • Negotiating offers on behalf of clients
  • Developing a strong understanding of the local market
  • Working closely with the Manager to identify new business opportunities
  • Meeting daily and weekly performance targets
  • Collaborating with other departments and referring business where appropriate
