Lettings Negotiator / Senior / Associate
Location: Barnes
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10am - 4pm)
Base Salary: £18,000 - £22,000
OTE: £50,000 (First year earnings)
Travel or Car Allowance: Depending on your role, you will enjoy either a travel allowance (£2,500 PA) or a car allowance (£5,000 PA) to support your daily commute
We are currently recruiting for an exceptional Lettings Negotiator to join our successful team. We are looking for an individual who wants to stand out from the crowd, thrive on success and relish working in a competitive, professional environment. Key Responsibilities
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in connecting Landlords with eager Tenants, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for both parties.
Your Main Duties Will Include
- Registering interest and arranging viewings: Be the catalyst in connecting potential tenants with their perfect property
- First-Class Customer Service: Delight Landlords and applicants alike with exceptional service, exceeding their expectations every step of the way
- Going the Extra Mile: Stand out by providing personalised attention and ensuring applicants needs are expertly managed
- Master of the Offer Process: Take charge of managing the offer process from start to finish, ensuring smooth negotiations and successful outcomes
- Target Driven: Embrace the challenge of setting and surpassing targets, leveraging your passion for delivering results
