Property Manager / Lettings Negotiator - Newcastle-upon-Tyne - Up to £28,000pa + Bonus
We are now seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, sales focused and confident Property Manager / Lettings Negotiator to join this forward thinking Lettings Agency in Newcastle.

The Role
- Handling property enquiries
- Arranging and carrying out viewings with prospective tenants
- Entering into negotiations to secure leases on properties in the portfolio
- Working with landlords to manage their properties professionally and efficiently
- Managing tenant queries and support
- Managing the delivery of property maintenance
- Carrying out property inspections in line with tenancy requirements

You
- Exceptional and proven sales skills with a background in Lettings
- A strong customer focus
- A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
- Desire to exceed targets
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Full, clean UK driving license and own vehicle
