Lettings Negotiator
Salary: Basic salary £21,000 + scaled commission structure
Guarantee: 2 months
OTE: £45,000-£50,000
Location: West Hampstead Square, Unit 7, Heritage Lane, NW6 2BR
The Role
Are you a motivated individual looking to build a rewarding career in the exciting property market of West Hampstead? We are seeking a talented Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will:
- Register and qualify applicants to the highest standards
- Match applicants with their ideal rental properties
- coordinate and conduct property viewings, showcasing our impressive portfolio of premium properties
- Manage the full offer process, from initiating negotiations to key handover
- Deliver unparalleled customer service that exceeds client expectations

Required Skills & Experience
We are looking for:
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator in residential estate agency
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets, demonstrating drive and ambition
- ARLA qualification (desirable)
- A valid driving licence (essential)
- Outstanding communication skills for client interaction
- A comprehensive understanding of current residential lettings legislation
- Self-motivation and exceptional organisational skills for fast-paced environments
