Redbrick Properties is recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator in Leeds to support our continued growth across Headingley, Hyde Park, Horsforth, Roundhay, Chapel Allerton, and Leeds City Centre.

The Role: Lettings Negotiator (Leeds-Based)
This is a varied and fast-paced residential lettings role involving client communication, property viewings, tenant and applicant progression.
Client Communication

- Communicate daily with landlords and tenants
- Manage enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media
- Provide accurate, timely updates
- Build trust and rapport

Handling Tenant & Landlord Queries
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Responding efficiently to enquiries
- Problem-solving proactively
- Managing expectations clearly
- Going the extra mile where required
We are looking for someone solutions-focused, not reactive.
Tenant Application & Contract Progression
You Will:
- Guide prospective tenants through the application process
- Ensure referencing and documentation are completed accurately
- Manage the contract signing stage smoothly
- Maintain compliance and attention to detail
Organisation and accuracy are critical at this stage.
Carrying Out Property Viewings in Leeds
You Will:
- Qualify potential tenants effectively
- Establish their needs and preferences
- Conduct professional property viewings
- Match applicants to suitable properties
You will act as a trusted property consultant, helping tenants secure the right home.
Confidence, professionalism, and strong presentation skills are important.
Office Administration
- Work in a structured, diarised manner
- Delegate and follow up tasks where required
- Maintain consistency and quality of delivery
- Keep records accurate and up to date
High standards of organisation separate good negotiators from excellent ones.
Operational Tasks
- Maintain regular communication with Company Directors
- Support the continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Contribute to maintaining robust internal structures

What We Would Like To See
We welcome candidates with:
- Experience in residential lettings, estate agency, or sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence conducting property viewings
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude
- A desire to build a long-term property career
A full UK driving licence is essential.
ARLA Level 3 qualifications are offered to our permanent staff as part of their professional development.
