Lettings Negotiator Role at haart Estate Agents – Ipswich

About the Role As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll play a vital part in supporting tenants and landlords through the rental process, leveraging your experience to:

  • Conduct confidence-inspiring property viewings
  • Secure and negotiate successful rental agreements
  • Build enduring relationships within the Ipswich community
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while upholding the haart brand

Your contributions will directly impact the branch’s success and foster trust across both landlord and tenant networks.


Key Responsibilities

You’ll excel in the following core areas:

  • Client Relationships

    • Market properties to prospective tenants
    • Arrange and host engaging property viewings
    • Negotiate offers and finalise new tenancies collaboratively
  • Lead Generation & Proactive Outreach

    • Expand deal opportunities via door knocking, canvassing, and targeted leaflet campaigns
    • Generate high-quality leads by connecting with local landlords and prospective tenants
  • Continuous Improvement & Collaboration

    • Reference training programmes and mentor support to refine skills and development
    • Foster strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, driven by positive communication
