Job Description
Dove & Hawk are working with an Independent property firm who are well-established in the City of London property market. They are on the hunt for a Lettings Negotiator to join their rapidly growing team.
Duties/Functions Of The Role
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Vendor feedback
- Progressing the tenant application process
- Dealing with all incoming enquiries and registering new enquiries
- Organising and carrying out viewings
- Negotiating the terms of tenancies with potential tenants
- Efficiently deal with tenants enquiries
- Deliver an excellent customer service

Requirements Of The Role
- Sales experience or property experience required
- Excellent communication skills with people of all backgrounds
- Immaculate and professional presentation
Salary Budgets: Basic - £22,000 OTE - £60,000 + Travel Allowance (NO LICENSE REQUIRED)
