Lettings Negotiator
Eynsham
Parkers Witney are looking for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our highly successful and busy office. You will be a hardworking and enthusiastic individual who can work well within a team and has a good understanding of general administration and IT, as well as having excellent people skills and telephone manner. A company car is provided for business use so a full, clean driver's licence is essential. Full or part-time option available.
You Will Be Required To
- Perform property viewings
- Negotiate deals
- Meet pre-agreed targets
- Effectively handle enquiries
- Demonstrate high standards of professionalism
- Maximise the opportunity for viewings, lets and market appraisals
- Work within the confines of the Housing Act and lettings legislation
- Be able to multi-task within a busy environment
- Offer a fantastic level of customer service to both landlords and tenants
- Register and qualify applicants and match applicants to properties using Reapit.
- Supporting tenants and assisting/working through the tenancy application and referencing process.

The Successful Lettings Negotiator Will Have The Following Qualities
- Well-spoken and well-presented
- Motivated and driven
- Able to remain calm in stressful situations
- Determined to succeed and progress your career in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literate
