Company Description

Harringtons Lettings is a specialist lettings agency in Brighton and Hove, focusing solely on residential lettings rather than diversifying into sales or broader property management. Established in 1993, the company has built long-term relationships with landlords by maximizing rental investments and maintaining properties to a high standard. Harringtons works with both accidental and commercial landlords who value professional, reliable care for their assets. The team is highly trained, experienced, and known for strong market knowledge, legal expertise, and a consistently high level of customer service. This focus on lettings allows Harringtons to offer a tailored, competitive service that few other agents can match.

Role Description

The Lettings Negotiator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hove, responsible for managing the lettings process from initial enquiry to move-in. Day-to-day tasks include:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
