About the Role
You’ll play a key part in matching tenants with their next home, assisting with viewings and negotiations—whether by phone or in person. Success and earning potential in our Lettings team are central to this role, so a drive to succeed is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Registering and qualifying applicants to fully understand their requirements
- Organising and conducting viewings, then gathering quality feedback
- Keeping landlords updated on viewings, activity, and developments regarding their property
- Turning applicant interest into offers and guiding negotiations smoothly towards move-ins with care and clarity

Requirements
- A proven track record in estate agency to bring immediate value
- Outstanding communication skills, enable you to:
- Build trust
- Manage expectations
- Provide a seamless experience for both applicants and landlords
- A genuine passion for forming and nurturing strong relationships
