Role Overview
We're currently looking for a dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join our Winchester office.
You will be responsible for:
- Liaising and negotiating directly with our clients
- Managing the lettings process while ensuring compliance
- Providing exceptional customer service

- One Head of Department
- One Negotiator
- One Lettings Coordinator
The office also houses our Residential Sales Team.
