Lettings Property Manager
#Lettings Property Manager – North Manchester
A dynamic Lettings Property Manager role at an independent residential property business in North Manchester. You’ll blend enthusiasm for front-end lettings with tenancy management, building trust with landlords and tenants while delivering first-class service in every stage of the property journey.
About the Role

Core responsibilities cover:
- Lettings coordination: Booking and executing viewings.
- Tenancy lifecycles: Handling move-ins, ongoing management, repairs, and end-of-tenancy processes.
- Customer experience: Fostering strong landlord/tenant trust through proactive, friendly service.
- Compliance & operations: Maintaining up-to-date tenant records, managing maintenance schedules, conducting inspections, and ensuring full adherence to letting legislation.

Responsibilities also include:
- Collaborating with contractors for repairs.
- Handling daily communication to landlords.
- Support landlord-tenant interactions, resolving issues promptly.
- Using property management software to keep records accurate.
The Package
- Generous holiday entitlement: 25 days plus Bank Holidays.
- Flexible working: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with earlier finishes (2–3 PM) in winter months.
- Culture: A supportive and inclusive workplace, respectful of 바랜 (cultural/religious) observances.
- Earnings: £28,000 base salary (DOE) + performance-linked quarterly bonus (totalling over £30,000+).

The Person We’re Looking For
- Essential
- Proven experience in residential lettings or property management.
- Comfort with balancing enduring tenant relationships alongside ops tasks.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills + natural ability to build rapport.
- Relentless organisation: juggling multiple priorities without burning out.
- Proactive mind-set with a service-first attitude.
- Desirable (but not mandatory)
- An ARLA qualification or equivalent.
