An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join a respected independent estate agency specialising in residential sales, lettings and property management.

The Role
As Lettings Property Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio, acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Coordinating maintenance and repair works with contractors.
- Carrying out regular property inspections.
- Managing tenancy issues and ensuring prompt resolutions.
- Ensuring all properties remain compliant with current legislation.
- Overseeing tenancy renewals and the smooth day-to-day running of the portfolio.
- Delivering a professional, efficient and customer-focused property management service.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Property Manager, Lettings Property Manager, Lettings Manager, Tenancy Manager, Lettings Coordinator, Lettings Consultant, or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience managing residential lettings and property portfolios.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, professional and solution-focused approach.
- A full UK driving licence.
- The right to work in the UK.
