About Us
The Home Cloud provides residential lettings and property management across England and Wales. We’re a fast-growing, independent agency known for our hands-on, detail-driven approach and strong landlord relationships.
We work closely with our sister company, Source Investments, supporting investors to source, scale, and optimise high-performing property portfolios. Together, we deliver a full end-to-end service from acquisition through to long-term property management.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced property manager to take ownership of our southern residential portfolio. This role is ideal for an established property manager who wants a step up in responsibility, variety, and autonomy.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio, with a focus on reactive maintenance, property certificate compliance, landlord communication, and property inspections.
This is a hands-on role involving some travel for property inspections, and occasional overnight stays.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
