Lettings Sales Executive – High-Volume, High-Impact, High Reward

We’re hiring a Lettings Sales Executive to join a highly reputable residential lettings operation with a big portfolio, constant demand, and a team that genuinely works together. This is a front-end role where you drive occupancy, build relationships, and turn enquiries into successful lets.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing high volume of enquiries each day
- Qualifying applicants, understanding their needs, and matching them to the right homes
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Building strong relationships with prospective tenants
- Following up, converting viewings into applications, and supporting the journey through to let
- Using a modern CRM to manage leads, match properties, and stay on top of your pipeline
- Working closely with a supportive team across property management, tenancy care, renewals, maintenance and marketing

Who We’re Looking For
Someone who is:
- Relentlessly motivated and thrives in a busy environment
- Confident handling high enquiry volumes
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Organised, structured and great at follow-through
- Strong at building rapport with all types of customers
- Honest, professional and able to set realistic expectations
- From a sales or customer-facing background (property experience preferred but not essential)
