Starting salary for this role is £44,075 or £48,226 (pro rata for part-time colleagues)
This role sits within a well defined pay band, offering clear progression as you grow your career at BCP. Without exception all new starters begin at the entry point of the band, ensuring fairness and consistency across the organisation. Internal colleagues are also normally appointed at the bottom of the band, unless moving within the same profession and skill level, where the pay band is the same they can be appointed to the existing pay point.

Level 2-3 Qualified Social Workers – Long Term Conditions Teams
(Social Worker posts in our other teams are advertised separately)
Hours: Full time 37 hours - Permanent
Location: Various vacancies due to promotions across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole
Salary ranges from £44,075 for Level 2 and from £48,226 for Level 3 depending upon the level of experience you may have.
We have the last few vacancies in our long-term condition’s teams across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole working alongside adults aged 18 and over.

We have the last few opportunities to join our Long-Term Conditions teams across Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole. We are looking for the experienced social worker, who are keen to help us empower adults living with long-term conditions to live a good life.

What You'll Do
You will support people living with long-term conditions to live well in the community. You will do this by working alongside them, their carers’ and their families to understand what matters most, and what support is needed to help them live a safe and independent life.
Flexibility
We have opportunities for full-time, part-time and flexible working. We have an agile hybrid working model with an element of home working, and flexible office spaces.

The Qualifications We Accept Are As Follows
- Diploma in Social Work (DipSW)
- BSc / BA Social Work (BSc/BASW)
- Masters in Social Work (MSW)
- Social Work Degree Apprenticeship (SWDA)
- Equivalent Overseas Qualification

Additional Important Information
We can help with the re-registration process for those returning to social work. Please only apply if you are currently living in the UK and can evidence current and satisfactory right to work. You must also hold a valid full UK driving license, with access to your own car, or be able to travel efficiently (and sustainably where possible) to fulfil the needs of the role using public or other forms of transport.
