Level 2 Qualified Early Years Practitioner: Childrens Centre Islington

Looking for flexibility in Early Years?
We are recruiting a Level 2 Qualified Early Years Practitioner to support a busy and welcoming Childrens Centre in Islington. This is an ad:hoc position, perfect for practitioners who want the freedom to choose their own working pattern while continuing to gain valuable Early Years experience.

Your day-to-day duties
- Supporting children aged 0-5 with their learning and development
- Assisting with indoor and outdoor play activities
- Helping to maintain a safe and engaging environment
- Supporting meal times, routines, and transitions
- Working closely with senior practitioners and the wider Early Years team
- Encouraging children's confidence, independence, and social skills

We're looking for someone who
- Holds a Level 2 Early Years qualification
- Has previous experience in a nursery, preschool, or children's centre
- Is enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable
- Enjoys building positive relationships with children and families
- Has a good understanding of the EYFS
- Can work effectively as part of a team
