An enchanting destination located deep in the heart of The Cotswolds Vineyard with restaurant, rooms, lodges and shop. We also have a winery onsite where we make our own and contract customer wines.

Apprenticeship Summary:

  • Salary: £8.00 an hour
  • Working Week: Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday 9am - 5.00pm including a 30 minute lunch break.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
  • Online apprenticeship training supported by our skilled tutors
  • Level 2 Food & Beverage Team Member
  • Location: THREE CHOIRS VINEYARDS LTD, CASTLE TUMP, Newent, Gloucestershire, GL18 1LS

The Role:

As a Food & Beverage Team Member Apprentice, you will work closely with team members carrying out different roles across the business.

Main Duties:

  • Answering telephone calls and responding to emails.
  • Taking bookings and assisting customers with enquiries.
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors and guests.
  • Supporting wine tastings and customer experiences.
  • Serving food and drinks when required.
  • Restocking and maintaining the wine shop.
  • Assisting with general administration duties.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional reception area.
  • Supporting the wider team with other duties as required.

Skills And Experience

  • GCSEs at grades A*-C / 9-4 (or equivalent) in Maths and English (desirable)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and professional approach
  • Basic computer and administration skills preferred
