We’re looking for a Level 2 Plant Operator to join our Preston team and help us push forward our commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability.
What You’ll Be Doing
Operating as both a hands-on team member and a key process leader:
- Co-ordinate work effectively in a team environment
- Uphold quality standards in daily operations
- Provide direction and mentorship, including on-the-job training and inductions
- Conduct duties according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensuring a clean, safe and efficient work environment for all
- Promote and enforce safety protocols
** Essential - Licensed forklift driver** (must operate more than 20 hours per week)

Indicative Key Tasks
(Rotational and dependent on operational needs)
- General plant cleaning and maintenance
- Machine operation (one or more devices, where required)
- Leo operator duties – including printer setup and machine operation
- Management of the pulping process
- Safe movement, storage and organisation of all finished products within the plant area and warehouse
