Location • St Bartholomew’s CE Primary School, WV4 5LG
Hours & Pay Structure • 22.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–1:00pm) • Grade 3 / Spine Point 5–6 • FTE Salary: £25,583–£25,989 • Actual Salary (22.5 hrs): £13,381–£13,594 • 44.85 paid weeks per year
Job Start Date: September 2026
About the Role
The Governors are seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support learning at this popular, over-subscribed Church school. We are looking for a:
Passionate and compassionate practitioner with the following:
- Proven experience supporting children’s learning in Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1, and/or Key Stage 2
- Working knowledge of supporting more able children and those with SEN (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)
- Experience impacting standards in line with school goals
- The ability to inspire and challenge children, modelling high expectations
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues
- A commitment to the Church ethos of the Multi-Academy Trust
