Reasons to use Rodeo
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
It searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You will be part of a supportive community where teamwork and shared goals are highly valued, and our Trust fosters an inclusive culture, ensuring a positive and nurturing environment for everyone.
Our commitment to the wellbeing and safeguarding of our young people
Elston Hall Learning Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All appointments will be subject to an Enhanced DBS and barred list check along with other relevant employment checks including at least two satisfactory references, prohibition check for teaching staff, right to work in the UK and qualifications.
Shortlisted applicants will be asked to complete a self-declaration form prior to interview and online searches will be carried out on all shortlisted applicants. References will be sought for shortlisted applicants prior to interview where possible. If you would prefer us to not to do this, please indicate this and the reasons on your application form.
