About the Role

Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants must hold:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Preferred but not mandatory

Competitive Pay
- £27,393.60 – £27,955.20 per annum (based on experience).
- 40-hour contracts (38–40 hours over 4 days per week).

What Your Day Could Look Like
As part of our nurturing team, you’ll:
- Foster a warm, playful environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired.
- Plan stimulating activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Build meaningful bonds with families through open communication and progress-sharing.
- Track and celebrate developmental milestones (e.g., Milestone Charts, parent reports).
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and high-quality care standards.
- Mentor junior colleagues (including apprentices and volunteers) while fostering professional growth.
