Level 3 Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant
Position Type: Required: Permanent (01 September 2026) Hours: 32.5 hours per week (39 weeks per year) Salary: £23,987 – £25,590
About the Role We’re looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant (Level 3) who can support students in safely managing challenging behaviours while ensuring all learning needs are met. You’ll bring enthusiasm for education and join our dedicated team to uphold Phoenix Academy’s vision of excellence and inclusivity.
In this role, you’ll work to identify and address behaviours that may hinder learning, ensuring every student receives tailored support while fostering a positive and empowering environment.

Who We’re Looking For
You’ll already hold:
- GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) in English and Mathematics
- A NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)
