Business Administrator Apprentice
We are looking for an organised, professional, and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Administrator Apprentice. In this role, you will support our advisers and administration team in delivering an exceptional ongoing service to our clients.
Main Duties
- Support advisers with actions arising from annual and biennial client reviews
- Prepare and issue client correspondence and ongoing service documentation
- Liaise with pension providers and investment companies to obtain information and process requests
- Maintain accurate client records using the firm's CRM system
- Monitor ongoing service workflows and ensure adviser actions are completed within agreed timescales
- Assist with general client correspondence and provider communications
- Support the administration team with day-to-day business administration tasks
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and in line with FCA compliance procedures
- Handle confidential client information in accordance with GDPR and company policies
- Support advisers with cash flow analysis and technical planning work as your knowledge develops
- Undertake any other duties consistent with the nature of the role
