Position: Early Years Educator

Location: Peacehaven

Salary: Up to £30,000 per year pro rata depending on hours and experience

Hours: Full-time or part-time available!

Holiday: 31 days (including Bank Holidays)

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities.
  • Build a positive, inclusive, and safe environment where every child feels valued.
  • Monitor and encourage each child’s development and well-being.
  • Build strong, meaningful connections with children, parents, and teammates.
  • Keep safety and hygiene standards high.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above).
  • Experience working with young children in a nursery setting.
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and helping little ones shine.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A commitment to learning and professional growth.
