Level 3 Early Years Practitioner - Wokingham - Permanent

We are offering an exciting opportunity to join a respected independent school in Wokingham, where young children thrive through creativity, care, and outdoor learning.
About the Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and well-being of children aged 4 months to 5 years, with a particular focus on the 2-5 age group. You will contribute to the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences that encourage curiosity, independence, and a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Support children's physical, emotional, and social development
- Build warm and effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Embrace and encourage outdoor learning in the school's acres of woodland and green space
- Be a proactive and positive member of a collaborative early years team

We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
- Has at least 3 years of experience working with young children, particularly aged 2-5 years
- Has a solid understanding of the EYFS and how to apply it in practice
- Is passionate, nurturing, and committed to helping children reach their full potential
- Is a strong communicator and a collaborative team player
- Is enthusiastic about working in an outdoor, natural environment
