Level 3 Early Years Practitioner Waltham Forest
GBP14.25 - GBP16.65 per hour
Start: September 2026
Reeson Education is seeking a qualified and passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming early years setting in Waltham Forest from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to support young children in a nurturing and engaging environment.

Located close to Walthamstow, Leyton, Leytonstone, and Chingford, this role is ideal for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner seeking a well-connected and supportive workplace.
Role Overview: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will support children's development across all areas of learning in line with the EYFS framework. The Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will play a key role in delivering engaging activities and maintaining a safe, positive environment within this Waltham Forest setting.

- Support children's development as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner through structured play and activities
- Assist in delivering EYFS-based learning experiences
- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress
- Work closely with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents
Requirements for the Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)
- Experience working as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach
- Commitment to supporting children as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
