Salary: £100-£110 per day PAYE

Prebook Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a welcoming primary school in Hayes that is looking to recruit a Level 3 Early Years Educator for a full-time, long-term role beginning in September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated Early Years team where play, exploration, and positive relationships are at the heart of learning. The school is committed to providing a safe, engaging environment where children can flourish while supporting staff with ongoing training and professional development.
The Role
As an Early Years Educator, you'll work alongside teachers and support staff to provide high-quality learning experiences that encourage children to develop socially, emotionally, and academically.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Supporting children as they learn through play, exploration, and practical activities.
- Delivering small-group interventions to develop communication, literacy, and early mathematical skills.
- Helping children settle into school routines and build confidence and independence.
- Creating engaging learning spaces that encourage imagination and discovery.
- Recording observations and contributing to planning for individual children's next steps.
- Supporting pupils with additional learning or emotional needs where required.
- Encouraging positive behavior through praise, consistency, and nurturing relationships.
- Working in partnership with colleagues and families to promote each child's development and wellbeing.

What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates who have:
- A recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or a relevant discipline.
- Experience working within an EYFS environment, ideally in a primary school or nursery.
- A good understanding of child development and the EYFS Statutory Framework.
- A patient, enthusiastic, and caring approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to use initiative while contributing positively as part of a wider team.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
