Level 3 Marketing Apprenticeship
Marketing Assistant/ Co-ordinator – Apprentice at Solventum
Location: [Hybrid] (10 Bakewell Road, Charnwood Campus, Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE11 5RB) Salary: £8.00/hour (automatic pay increase after one year for 19+ year olds) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) HoursPer Week: 37.5 Duration: 18 months

About Your Apprenticeship
Programme Overview
- On-the-job training supported by a dedicated tutor
- Awarded Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification
- Hybrid working: 2 days in-office per week
- Potential progression to full-time employment after completion
Your Responsibilities
You’ll support the UK&I marketing team in delivering marketing objectives. The role is critical for ensuring brand performance and campaign success within the Medical/Surgical healthcare industry.

1. Product Management for Core Brands
- Oversee key AWC brand portfolios to drive sales targets
- Work closely with business partners to refine strategy
- Maintain accurate portfolio records for regulatory and supply teams
- Assist with product updates, minor line extensions, and packaging/labeling changes
- Gather market feedback, sales insights, and competitor intelligence
2. Marketing Support for Med/Surg (Surgical/Medical Business)
- Execute marketing campaigns through collateral, mailings, and trial support
- Assist the sales team with marketing tools, presentations, and digital assets
- Coordinate approvals for sales materials via internal systems
- Support cross-functional projects
3. SharePoint Sites, Analytics & Reporting
- Manage the UK&I SharePoint marketing hub
- Ensure website content updates are current, accurate, and compliant
- Help with campaign performance reporting
- Develop a strategy to integrate AI into marketing workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential Experience/Qualifications
- Hold or be in the process of completing a Level 3 qualification (equivalent of A Levels, BTEC, or vocational qualification)
- Experience in a marketing, commercial, admin, or customer-facing environment (e.g., work placement, internship, or part-time roles)
Desirable Traits
- Background/experience in medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences (advantageous)
- UK full driving licence (required for travel and conferences)
