Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
We have an exciting opportunity for Level 3 Practitioner to join our dedicated Nursery team, supporting our youngest children on their learning journey; a can do approach and flexibility are attributes we are looking for.

- A Level 3 qualified Practitioner who is passionate, enthusiastic and committed to the educational development of children and can help build the foundations to a fulfilled and varied educational offering.
- Committed to ensuring that all children achieve their very best.
- Able to work in partnership with children, parents, staff, governors and the wider community.
- Able to challenge children to achieve beyond their expectations.
- Able to provide stimulating and engaging experiences for our children and support them in becoming lifelong learners.

About The Banbury Cluster
Our School sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director. At the GLF Banbury Cluster of Schools (Longford Park, William Morris, Hardwick and Cherry Fields) you will be supported by a great leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues across this cluster, to share expertise and experience, ensuring all children in our schools receive an excellent education and reach their potential. The Details
- Start Date: September 2026
- Salary: GLF Associate 3.1 £25,001 FTE. Actual: £19,417
- Hours: 8:15am-3:15pm Monday - Friday 32.5 hours per week
- Contract: Permanent, 39 weeks per year (term time +INSET)
- Closing Date: 15th July 2026 at 9.30am
- Interviews: TBC with shortlisted candidates
