Are you a passionate and nurturing Early Years professional looking to make a genuine difference in children's lives?
This excellent Primary School in Hounslow is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our exceptional Early Years team. The Nursery provision has been recognised as Outstanding by Ofsted, where inspectors praised the school's culture of care, ambitious curriculum, and exceptional opportunities for children to thrive.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

- Create a warm, safe, and stimulating learning environment
- Support children's learning and development through play-based activities
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Promote children's language, communication, and social development
- Observe, assess, and contribute to learning journeys
- Support children's wellbeing and ensure safeguarding procedures are always followed
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Has experience working within an Early Years setting
- Is enthusiastic, caring, and committed to high-quality childcare
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Understands the EYFS framework and child development
- Shares our belief that every child deserves an exceptional start in life
