Level 3 Nursery Practitioner - Balham, London | SW12 | £31,934 per year | Full-Time, 40 hours per week
We are supporting a UK-leading nursery and childcare provider operating over 40 nurseries across London, all rated Ofsted Outstanding or Good, with a unique focus on positive social impact in the communities they serve.
Rated Good by Ofsted, you can find this nursery inside the local community centre, right at the heart of the community it supports! It is a bright, open-plan setting with separate areas for different age groups and a large garden.
The team inspires learning through curiosity and discovery, with children enjoying:
- Messy play in the mud kitchen
- Sensory sessions
- Yoga
- Science experiments
- Growing herbs in the garden

You will need:
- A full and relevant Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification
- At least 12 months' experience in an Early Years setting
- Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures
- The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children
- A genuine passion for childcare, child development, and community impact
- A child-centred approach to your work
