Level 3 Nursery Practitioner (Brand New Nursery Opening September 2026!)

Starting salary from £28,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Job Type
Full-Time / 40 hours (Nursery will be open 7:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday)
About the Role
We are looking for a qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a brand new, 100-place Nursery opening in a quiet road just outside of Maidenhead Town Centre. It is situated within a short walk from Maidenhead train station and has dedicated car park spaces, offering flexible travel options.
The Nursery itself is absolutely stunning and offers beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces for the children to play and learn, including a forestry area. It is a genuinely inspiring place to work!

Requirements
- A full and relevant Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification
- Experience caring for early years children with a passion for child development
- In-depth knowledge of the EYFS Framework
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures
- Ability to ensure every individual child’s needs are met as a key person, including supporting parents with any SEND needs
- To take ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key children
