The practitioner will also participate in team meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Level 3 qualification (e.g., in childcare, health and social care, or a related field), or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow procedures, maintain documentation, and meet compliance and safeguarding requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
  • Commitment to inclusive, person-centered practice and a professional, respectful approach to colleagues and service users.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development and adapt to changing service needs.
  • Previous experience in a practitioner or support role within an outsourcing, care, or service-focused environment is an advantage.
