Role Description
The Level 3 Practitioner is a full-time, on-site role based in London. This position involves delivering high-quality care and support services in line with organizational and regulatory standards, maintaining accurate records, and following established procedures. Daily responsibilities include:

The practitioner will also participate in team meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Relevant Level 3 qualification (e.g., in childcare, health and social care, or a related field), or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to follow procedures, maintain documentation, and meet compliance and safeguarding requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
- Commitment to inclusive, person-centered practice and a professional, respectful approach to colleagues and service users.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development and adapt to changing service needs.
- Previous experience in a practitioner or support role within an outsourcing, care, or service-focused environment is an advantage.
