Full-Time | 4-Day Week | Immediate Start Salary: £15.30 per hour (Level 2) | £16.30 per hour (Level 3) | £14.80 per hour (Unqualified)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing high-quality care and education for children under 3
  • Planning and delivering engaging, child-led learning experiences
  • Supporting children's development in line with the EYFS
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
  • Maintaining a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment
  • Following safeguarding procedures and nursery policies at all times

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who is:

  • Passionate about early years education and childcare
  • Warm, caring and genuinely child-centred
  • Reliable, dependable and hardworking
  • Mature, professional and down to earth
  • A great team player with excellent communication skills
  • Committed to providing outstanding care every day

Essential:

  • Experience working with children under 5
  • Good understanding of the EYFS
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare

Desirable:

  • Full and relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3)
  • Montessori experience (training can be provided)
