Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner - Flexible Hours Finchampstead
Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner – Finchampstead Day Nursery
Location: Finchampstead Day Nursery
Salary: £30,453.40 (full-time, based on 45 working hours)
Hours: Negotiable days, but must include full workdays (no part-day working). Potential shift patterns include:
- 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Main Role & Responsibilities
As a qualified Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Support the delivery of engaging learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Take responsibility for supporting children’s development and learning through play
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
- Support nursery routines and maintain high standards of care
- Contribute to creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment

What We Are Looking For
✅ Level 3 Early Years education and childcare qualification (or equivalent) ✅ Passion for working with young children ✅ Strong understanding of the EYFS framework ✅ Positive, team-focused attitude ✅ Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
