About the role
We are seeking highly skilled and professional Level 3 Spa Therapists to join our team at an exciting stage, supporting the launch of a brand-new luxurious spa environment. This is a unique opportunity to be part of creating an exceptional guest experience from the very beginning.
The role involves delivering a range of high-quality treatments, ensuring outstanding service standards, and contributing to the development of a premium spa offering. You will play a key role in bringing the spa to life, creating a relaxing, welcoming, and memorable experience for all guests while upholding the highest levels of professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
EPSA training is to be undertaken at the commencement of employment to ensure all therapists are fully aligned with ESPA standards and prepared to deliver a consistently exceptional experience to our guests.
Roles are available on a full-time basis working 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 days as per a rota, between the hours of 08 am and 8 pm. Part-time hours are also available.

What you'll be doing:
- Deliver a wide range of facial, body, and holistic treatments to the highest professional and technical standards.
- Carry out in-depth and personalized client consultations, identifying individual needs and tailoring treatments accordingly.
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized guest journey from arrival through to aftercare.
- Confidently recommend and promote retail products tailored to guest needs.
- Support Spa Reception where required, including bookings, guest enquiries, and payments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy
- Proven experience delivering a range of spa treatments
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
- Good understanding of health & safety and spa standards
- Pregnancy massage qualification/experience
- Oncology massage qualification/experience
